You don’t need a total systemic overhaul -You need to stop overthinking and start executing. ~The Focus: Cleaning the "lens" of your perception. ~The Work: We identify the external projections—from others' expectations to societal programming—that are binding your reality. This is a vital "energy hygiene" session to strip away what isn't yours. ~Best For: Resetting after a high-stress event or a "heavy" interaction.
Cancellation Policy
To honor the time and energy that it takes to do these sessions, meditations, and group sessions, we must put the following policy in place: There are no refunds on session, meditations or class/group purchases. You can reschedule your day and time with a 48-hour notice. If we do not receive a 48-hour notice to reschedule, then you forfeit your purchase price altogether. For class/group purchases they will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Minors are welcome to any or all sessions as long as an adult over the age of 18 is with them during the entire session. Refunds and/or exchanges on purchased products are welcomed as long as the original tags are present and there is no damage to the products. We are happy to exchange any item if you find something you prefer more.
